We are looking for an experienced Mobile QA Engineer (Selenium & Appium) to join our clients team. You will be responsible for testing mobile applications and OTT platforms using both manual and automated approaches ensuring stability performance and user experience across multiple devices.
In this role you will design develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Appium execute functional and regression tests and collaborate closely with development and QA teams to resolve issues. You will also be involved in OTT testing on platforms like Android TV or Apple TV and integrate your tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Understand user requirements and translate them into detailed test cases.
- Design develop and maintain automated test scripts for mobile applications using Selenium and Appium.
- Execute functional and regression tests on mobile platforms to ensure application stability and performance.
- Perform OTT testing across multiple platforms (e.g. Android TV Apple TV Fire TV) to validate streaming functionality and user experience.
- Debug and troubleshoot automated test failures ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with developers product owners and QA team members to clarify requirements and coordinate on bug fixes.
- Maintain test data and environments for consistent and reliable test execution.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery.
- Track and report defects using version control and issue tracking tools (e.g. Git JIRA).
- Contribute to QA best practices and help improve the overall testing strategy for mobile and OTT platforms.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in mobile application testing preferably in test automation.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium and Appium for mobile test automation.
- Proficiency in Java for writing and debugging automated test scripts.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins GitLab CI) and version control systems (e.g. Git).
- Ability to understand user requirements and translate them into test cases.
- Experience in writing executing and maintaining automated and manual test cases.
- Ability to perform OTT testing across various platforms (e.g. Android TV Apple TV Fire TV etc.).
- Strong bug reporting and communication skills with coordination across QA and development teams.
