Technical
1. 1-3 Years of Experience on Tax Exempt.
2. Thorough knowledge on tax applications like Go system Superforms.
3. Strong Basic research knowledge and strong analytical skill
4. Understanding the client requirements and analyzing client information per requirement
5. Ability to perform the Senior review on K-1s 990 990-T State Returns.
6. Produce high quality of work which adheres to the relevant professional standards
7. Think broadly and ask relevant questions and communicate open items with U.S. engagement teams
clients while leading Kick-off/Status calls
8. Zero to minimal non-technical errors on the performance
9. Able to read workpapers and Trial Balance and ask relevant questions to client as .
10. Ability to train associates on technical and technology
11. Ability to lead multiple clients during the same period
12. Leading the engagements calls. Leading the engagements independently identifying and addressing any client requirements
