Employee Relations and Change Manager

Location:Flexible across all four main campus locations with hybrid working

Salary:42290 per annum (Professional Services Grade 14)

Contract Type:Permanent Full-Time 37 hours per week 52 weeks per year

Wiltshire College & University Centre is seeking a dynamic and experienced Employee Relations and Change Manager to join our forward-thinking HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of education through strategic HR leadership.

Employee Relations and Change Manager The Role:

As the Employee Relations and Change Manager you will:

  • Lead and manage a team of two HR Advisors.
  • Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations (ER) cases.
  • Ensure timely robust and legally compliant HR interventions.
  • Act as the HR lead on organisational change initiatives including restructures redundancies and TUPE transfers.
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR service delivery.
  • Support the professional development of your team.

Employee Relations and Change Manager You:

Were looking for a confident and credible HR professional with:

  • Proven experience managing complex ER casework and leading HR teams.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices ideally within the education or public sector.
  • A successful track record in supporting organisational change and transformation.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.

Essential Qualification:

  • Level 7 CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
