With its chic interiors locally sourced menus and a warm contemporary atmosphere this hotel offers a dining experience thats both refined and welcoming. Theyre now looking for a passionate and organised Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team and deliver exceptional service from breakfast through to dinner.

- 32000 per annum plus service charge

Responsibilities as the Restaurant Manager
- Leading the day-to-day running of the restaurant ensuring smooth efficient service across all shifts
- Coaching and inspiring the team to consistently deliver warm and attentive service
- Collaborating with the kitchen to ensure excellent communication and consistency
- Managing rotas stock ordering and operational costs
- Handling guest feedback with professionalism and using it to improve service standards
