You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a CTME- GT you will play a key role in analysing data and provide actionable insights to support the decision-making process. You will play a key role in managing the shopper activation end to end.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Analysis and Insights:
Analysis of various data sets to identify opportunities/ gaps and come up with actionable insights. This includes both external and internal data.
2. Loyalty programs & engagement:
Ideation and management of partner engagement module in terms of schemes campaigns interventions and business metrics for outlets under loyalty programs
3. Process Improvement:
Identify trends patterns and issues in the data and suggest process improvements based on the insights such as manpower optimization better targeting and planogram for all Programs and Micromarketing activities
4. Internal and External connects:
Responsible for end to end connect with internal stakeholders like marketing finance regional sales teams; and external stakeholders like vendors agencies and customers
5. Competition benchmarking:
Understanding of competition across geographies benchmarking identifying opportunities
6. Reporting:
Responsible for business tracking including NPDs trends and BTL forecasts for management
Who are we looking for
Education:
Graduation/Post Graduation in related field
Experience:
5-6 years of experience in Trade marketing data analysis field sales or related fields.
Skills:
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas pivot tables macros)
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data identify trends and provide actionable insights.
Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail ensuring high-quality and error-free reports.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
