Location: Pinch A Penny Suncoast Chemicals Plant; nd St North. Clearwater FL. 33760
Work Hours:3-Day Work Week!
Friday Saturday & Sunday 5:00AM - 5:00PM

What to Expect
This role reports to the building maintenance manager and is responsible to evaluate repair and maintain plumbing electrical and HVAC systems in the buildings.
On a daily basis our Building Maintenance Technician:
Evaluate repair and maintain plumbing electrical and HVAC systems in the buildings.
Perform minor painting carpentry and masonry work.
Provide upkeep and maintain a safe working environment by performing general repairs of doors walls fixtures ect.
Perform minor electrical maintenance to include but not limited to replacement or repair of fixtures using hand power and specialty tools.
Prepare the surfaces and paints various structures and equipment (ex. walls refrigerators evaporative coolers floors roofs doors restroom facilities etc.) to preserve wood and metal parts from corrosion and maintain a safe comfortable working environment using various painting equipment and related tools (ex. sprayers rollers brushes thinners etc.).
Always maintain corporate safety policies and procedures
Inspect fire pump and fire extinguishers from time to time.
Any other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need:
High School Diploma/ GED or Equivalent.
3 or more years of maintenance experience.
Clean background and Florida Drivers License.
Able to inspect and evaluate all aspects of the buildings.
Lift up to 60 Ibs.
Communicate verbally to take work orders and work with all departments.
