Position Summary...
What youll do...
We are looking for a Senior Manager of Data Analytics. This position will report into the Director of Data. We are looking for an individual who is comfortable coding performing hands-on analytics as well as mentoring other associates on the team. You will be an expert on our data and data platforms partnering with Product and Business to uncover new opportunities as an authority on product analytics that will help generate key insights to scale our product suite.
What Youll Do
- Mentor and lead a team of analysts focused on empowering analytics and delivering insights across the New Propositions product suite.
- Build dashboards set up and manage experiments and provide data-driven insights to assist decision making
- Provide input into personalization algorithms to inform product and business roadmaps
- Build automated solutions for regular reporting for leadership
- Engage with Business and Product team leadership to help define KPIs by having domain expertise in our data and capabilities of our tooling including how data will be captured shared and leveraged across our teams.
- Responsible for business performance reporting and KPI visualizations.
- Responsible for our data platforms and analytics tooling working cross-functionally with our Global Technology team and data platform partners.
What Youll Need
- Bachelors degree in computer science mathematics a similar field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in an analytical insights data or consulting role
- 2 years of experience leading a team of data analysts or data scientists.
- Experience working with data engineers or platform engineers is a plus.
- Strong communication skills -
- Ability to break down complex problems into actionable stepstransform complex data sets into simple visuals and dashboards for analytical and non-analytical teammates and keep the big picture in view
- Superb communication of concepts and ideas to stakeholders at all levels including C-level executives
- Excellent storytelling ability leveraging data to drive insights and action
- Work experience in ecommerce and/or conversational commerce
- Experience leveraging data visualization tools (Looker) SQL and/or Python or a statistical package such as R SPSS or Stata and can advise on statistical significance
- Ability to work in an ambiguous entrepreneurial environment being able to manage and execute across multiple priorities while operating independently with minimal supervision
- Know how to inspire motivate and support a team to get things done
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whats necessary
This is a full-time role based in Bentonville Arkansas in-office 5 days per week.
