Job Description

SUMMARY

The Implementation Consultant is responsible for the successful onboarding experience implementation and customers long-term success of RealPages Learning Management System solutions: EasyLMS RealConnect Content Subscription and Hands-On Training System. This includes analyzing requirements and gathering deliverables collecting appropriate data setting accurate expectations with the customer and Product Teams and coordinating with the Learning Systems team and other RealPage teams. The Implementation Consultant serves as a subject matter expert to the customer for the product or service they implement by providing system usage best practices.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Successfully and efficiently manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously
  • Assist customer in determining best practices for setup and configuration to achieve customers desired result
  • Provide superior customer service to all internal and external customers
  • Perform system setup and configuration ensuring accuracy of complex data and multi-system integrations
  • Maintain core and essential knowledge of each product responsible
  • Interpret and fully understand customer business requirements and needs
  • Maintain accurate records of all communication received for each customer
  • Manage defect or problem resolution to drive implementations to completion
  • Identify and escalate to your leader issues or risks to assigned implementations
  • Follow through on commitments while juggling competing priorities

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in related industry
  • Minimum of 1 year of Multifamily Housing Industry experience

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

Required:

  • Excellent analytical abilities to grasp the key points from complicated details
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Strong communication presentation leadership and relational skills capable of synthesizing complex information to internal and external stakeholders of various technical backgrounds
  • Executive presence and confidence in communicating with business technical and C-level stakeholders
  • Capable of simultaneously leading multiple projects over several months
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation
  • Self-motivated and comfortable owning implementation target metrics
  • Able to work with little supervision but knowing when to escalate problems
  • Must have the ability to work with many different personalities
  • Flexible detailed and able to successfully accept change
  • Able to work extended hours when required

    Preferred:

    • Familiarity with RealPage Products and Salesforce
    • Experience with administering a Learning Management System
