Job Description
Duties/Responsibilities
- Assisting with the writing and conducting of daily workouts
- Assist in building the swim program and plan for its future.
- Must be able to attend all practices and swim meets.
- Assit with supervision and instruction of student-athletes during all team activities
- Promotion of balanced achievement in all areas of school life for student-athletes
- Assist in Home meet preparations
- Assist the Head Coach in all other team management and season management duties
Qualifications
- Competitive swimming or coaching background at a high school college YMCA or club program level preferred
- CPR / First Aid Training Fundamentals of Coaching Training Health and Safety for Coaches and Concussion Training preferred
- Complete orientation through human resources including fingerprinting and background checks
