We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Asset Management Team as a Contract Delivery Officer.
Looking for a role that gives you the ability to play a big part in our success want to be to part of an energetic dynamic and hardworking team then we might be just what you are looking for.
As a Contract Delivery Officer you will work closely with our Contract and Compliance Manager to deliver our small but extremely important compliance contracts.
You will be responsible for:
Making sure that our buildings and homes meet all regulatory and statutory requirements
Ensure programmes of work are delivered on time and to the required standards prior to certifying works for payment
Work with the Contract Compliance Manager to liaise with Development staff regarding new development sites including site visits and to support the handover of properties filing relevant documentation and inputting information.
