Senior Service Advisor
Were working with a well-established dealer group launching a brand-new franchise and theyre looking for an experienced Senior Service Advisor to take the lead front-of-house and oversee a small workshop team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer-facing role understands workshop flow and is confident managing technicians while delivering a first-class service experience.
Act as the main point of contact for service customers
Book jobs produce quotes and manage the service schedule
Liaise between customers and technicians to ensure work is completed on time and to a high standard
Manage and support two workshop technicians
Upsell additional services service plans and warranty products
Maintain accurate records using the DMS/CRM system
Play a key role in shaping the service experience in a newly launched site
Previous experience as a Senior or experienced Service Advisor
Confidence managing workshop flow and coordinating technician workloads
Strong communication and customer service skills
A hands-on proactive approach
Experience with main dealer systems (e.g. Kerridge Pinnacle etc.)
Full UK driving licence
Be part of an exciting new franchise launch
Autonomy to shape how the service department runs
Work with a supportive team in a growing dealer group
Clear path to further progression and development
