What Youll Need

  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
  • Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
  • A genuine love for working with children and supporting their development
  • Good knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding best practices
  • Excellent communication teamwork and organisational skills
  • A proactive nurturing and enthusiastic approach
