Job Overview
At IQVIA we harness the power of data science to drive healthcare forward. As an RWE Statistician youll play a pivotal role in transforming real-world data into actionable insights that shape the future of healthcare. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design implement and deliver impactful studies that inform clinical commercial and regulatory decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Providestatistical expertiseandproject management supportfor both standard and custom real-world studies.
- Design and implementrobust statistical methodologiestailored to client objectives and data availability.
- Conductadvanced statistical analyses(e.g. multivariate analysis regression forecasting) to derive meaningful conclusions.
- Translate complex data intoclear actionable insightsthrough written reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define study objectives data sources and delivery strategies.
- Contribute to thedevelopment of new products and analytics solutions identifying opportunities for innovation.
- Support client engagements by offeringmethodological consultationand ensuring high-quality project delivery.
Qualifications
- Masters degreein Statistics Mathematics Bioinformatics or a related field with2 yearsof relevant experience
(or Bachelors degree with 4 years of experience) - Proficiency inSASand/orSPSS; experience withlarge datasetsanddata manipulation.
- Strong foundation insampling techniquesforecasting models andstatistical programming.
- Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Preferred: Knowledge ofCVisual BasicAI methodslinear programming andmarket research techniques.
