YOUR MISSION

Were looking for a Health and Safety Admin Support who wants to join our Peoples team in our Barcelona Office. If you are someone who loves working in a fast-paced startup environment a true perfectionist an organization freak and are passionate about Health and Safety processes Glovo is your place!

THE JOURNEY

• Support the Health & Safety team in ensuring full regulatory compliance.
• Create and maintain documentation to assist technicians in their daily tasks.
• Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to ensure safe work environments.
• Assist in accident investigations and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate and monitor compliance with local Health & Safety requirements including:
• Training and information sessions
• Medical checks
• Delivery of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Workplace inspections

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• Experience in a Health & Safety administrative role (preferred).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and/or Google Sheets.
• Fluent in English both written and spoken.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced rapidly growing environment.
• Able to collaborate across different levels of management.
• Proactive organized and solution-oriented.
• Thrives in ambiguous situations and takes initiative.
• Hands-on mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Willingness to travel across the country as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
