We provide an existing portfolio so youre not building a clientele from ground zero. Our Account Manager Median income is $110000. The typical range has been $90000 - $245000 per year with no cap

WHAT DOES THE PRODUCTION AG ACCOUNT MANAGER NEED

  • Outgoing proactive personality with a strong drive to meet goals
  • Knowledge of current agricultural practices
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs. as well as sit stand and squat for extended periods
  • Ability to safely operate hook up secure and transport equipment
  • Ability and willingness to mentor inexperienced candidates
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to form customer relationships
  • Proficiency with computerized tools and reports
  • Mathematical skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends

Preferred Criteria:

  • Bachelors degree in business or an agriculture-related field
  • 3 years of account management or direct sales experience in agricultural farm equipment or a related field
