YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR CTAC SPECIALIST
As a CTAC Specialist with our agricultural technology company you start your day in a high-energy call center utilizing your technical expertise to resolve internal and external customer issues promptly and professionally. Complex issues are escalated to your supervisor or other resources as needed. You communicate vital information within the CTAC group and the company ensuring smooth operations. While developing and presenting technical and product training for customers and employees you enhance their understanding and satisfaction. You collaborate with your team and assist co-workers with customer issues documenting each problem and solution in the Problem Resolution Database. This customer service role involves managing customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels. You leverage your experience and a range of tools to address performance and technical issues across various products. Additionally you work with your manager to develop processes and procedures for successfully implementing the CTAC contributing to the teams overall success.
Heres what we need from you:
- Working knowledge and technical expertise in AMS products and/or current John Deere seeding spraying harvesting hay and forage products
- Comfortability in a large group training environment
- Outstanding customer service skills and action-oriented
- Effective communication skills
- Exhibitive of resourcefulness and organization skills
- Innovative and solution-oriented
- Extensive keyboarding skills
- Bachelors degree in agri-business engineering or related field (preferred)
- 5 years of agricultural industry experience AMS Specialist or Service Management (preferred)
- Machine Monitoring Specialist
