AssistantProgram Supervisor Phoenix Home Delivered Meal Program
Selrico Services Inc. contracts with the City of Phoenix to provide the Senior Hot Lunch and Home Delivered Meal Program. The Program Supervisor oversees all components of the program while the Assistant Program Supervisor manages the home delivered meal component with daily interaction with meal delivery aides kitchen team and City of Phoenix staff. The Assistant Supervisor will be become proficient in the use of the ServTracker program used to facilitate the Home Delivered Meal component of the contract. The applicant should be familiar with Outlook and its programs.
Requirements for consideration:
Applicant must pass criminal andMVR background check and be able to obtain a Level 1 fingerprint clearance card.
Applicant will possess or be able to obtain a Food Handlers Card.
Applicant will possess a current drivers license in good standing and have use of a vehicle with current registration and insurance.
Assistant Program Supervisor Duties:
Manage Home Delivered Meal component of program including:
Create/maintain delivery routes
Create service units (home delivered meals) inServeTracker program
Manage daily route sheets and assignments
Create and distribute frozen meal specials labels and pack out list
Communicate daily with drivers regarding split routes client cancellations etc.
Ensure timely service is provided to home delivered meals clients taking action to address and resolve concerns with clients drivers and/or case managers
Monitor and communicate frozen meal needs to Program Supervisor and/or kitchen staff to ensure on hand levels are maintained for daily consumption as well as emergency backups as stated in the City contract
Maintain a professional relationship with City Human Services Departmentstaff
Act as a role model for professionalism integrity and positive leadership
Collaborate with Program Supervisor to communicate home delivered meals policies/training via weekly staff meetings
Work closely with Program Supervisor to maintain smooth running operation of program
