Job Description
- Base Salary: $115000 $130000
- Bonus Potential: Commission and bonus structure negotiable based on receipts
- Benefits: Medical dental vision 401(k)
- Work Arrangement: 100% onsite in Orlando FL 32801 (potential for hybrid schedule later down the line)
- Represent clients in depositions hearings trials and arbitrations
- Draft motions pleadings and legal briefs with minimal supervision
- Supervise and direct legal assistants and paralegals on case documentation and preparation
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic counsel to clients
- Collaborate with firm colleagues to resolve legal issues efficiently
- Negotiate settlements and clearly communicate legal strategy to clients
- Ensure accurate up-to-date case files using electronic discovery and case management tools
- Meet billable hours and receipts requirements
Qualifications:
- 3 years of Commercial Litigation experience required (civil real estate and business law)
- Active license to practice in Florida
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Experience with Filevine or Lead Docket is a plus
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
