Job Description
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time Monday Friday 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
Location: Phoenix AZ
Job Overview:
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals for a temp-to-hire production role in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for those with a strong work ethic attention to detail and a desire for long-term employment.
Key Responsibilities:
Fill seal label and package containers to fulfill customer orders (Liquid)
Weigh and prepare product batches accurately
Perform data entry and maintain organized production records
Ensure quality standards through attention to detail and basic math skills
Lift and move materials weighing 5070 lbs regularly; up to 100 lbs with team support
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE daily (steel-toe shoes long pants gloves respirator)
Qualifications:
Longevity in previous positions and a solid attendance record
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Self-directed with effective problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with hazardous materials in temperatures between 6080F
Must be able to wear a respirator
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Must be able to wear steel-toe shoes and long pants daily
