Job Description

At CoAct we dont just believe in inclusion we live it. As we prepare for the transition from the DES contract to the new Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) model were looking for an Inclusive Employment Specialist Trainer to help our network rise to the challenge and thrive through change.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who gets excited about turning complex contract requirements into clear confidence-building training that sticks. Exploring the role

  • Design and deliver transitional training programs that make the shift from DES to IEA a smooth ride for our Service Partners
  • Translate complex guidelines into digestible operational content that staff can actually use
  • Provide coaching and on-the-ground support to uplift frontline capability and confidence
  • Work closely with our L&D Quality and Ops legends to make sure contract implementation lands flawlessly
  • Be the calm in the compliance stormsupport audits align policies and help the team stay sharp and ready
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to embed new systems practices and people-first solutions
  • This role will require regular business travel to deliver face-to-face transitional training sessions across key partner sites between September and December 2025

A little about you

  • Experience delivering adult training especially related to compliance or contracts
  • A background in employment services (preferably DES)
  • A collaborative people-first mindset and the ability to build trust fast
  • Confidence facilitating diverse learner groups both online and in person
  • A knack for making complex stuff simple and maybe even fun

Bonus points for

  • Experience in audit support workforce planning or project implementation
  • Familiarity with CRM and data tools like JobReady and MODE
  • Creative thinking quick problem-solving and a calm head under pressure

Required qualifications

  • Cert IV in Training & Assessment or a relevant qualification in Education Learning & Development or similar
