Position Title: Artificial Intelligence Engineer
Location: Gurugram (Remote)
Job Type: Full Time
Freshers passed out from any IITs NITs BITS and has graduation in Engineering will be consider for this role as an ENTRY LEVEL candidate. (Training & Mentorship will be provided).

Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated AI Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use AI models (like GPT or Claude) to extract useful information from documents.
- Convert plain English content into structured formats (like JSON tables or templates).
- Write and refine prompts to get consistent accurate results from AI tools.
- Build simple tools or scripts to test and review AI outputs.
- Collaborate with other engineers to integrate AI-generated outputs into a working system.
- Keep track of where each output came from in the original document.
Updated Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in AI/ML with focus on natural language processing or document analysis.
- Hands-on experience using large language models (LLMs) like GPT Claude or similar.
- Strong Python skills and familiarity with LangChain spaCy or Hugging Face.
- Experience with embeddings chunking and vectorization techniques for document processing.
- Knowledge of vector databases like FAISS Chroma Pinecone or similar.
- Ability to design and run structured tests to evaluate AI outputs.
Preferred:
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows.
- Exposure to compliance regulatory or legal documents.
- Familiarity with web APIs data integration or LLMOps pipelines.
