We have an exciting opening for an Anti-Social Behaviour Team Leader to join us on a permanent basis. Based out of our Basingstoke office this is a full time role working 37 hours a week with a minimum of 20% of this to be office based to promote collaboration and team working.

Heres the facts about the role:

As an Anti-Social Behaviour Team Leader youll line manage up to 10anti-social behaviour officers who deliver a comprehensive cross tenure tenancy enforcement service to our customers enforcing terms of their tenancy agreement. This includes anti-social behaviour (ASB) cases & investigating potential tenancy fraud cases. As well as taking income cases to court & applying for no access gas injunctions.

As part of your management responsibility youll recruit supervise support develop and motivate your team. Thisll help them to deliver a right first time service focusing on the customers experience. Youll carry out regular one-to-ones and employee performance reviews. Identifying areas of training or development needs and making sure that plans are put in place when needed.

Youll have experience in service delivery in a customer centric role an understanding of the social housing environment and strong knowledge and application of good procedures and practices relating to anti-social behaviour. Ideally youll have experience in a housing related management role however this is not essential.

Youll have proven in-depth experience in managing tenancy enforcement cases through court process experience reviewing cases and a desire to lead and act as a role model to your team and others across VIVID.


Due to the nature of this role youll need you to be able to travel. So youll need a full current driving licence with access to a vehicle.
This role is subject to a satisfactory DBS check which will be carried out upon successful appointment.
