The Role
Mode Mobile is looking for an all-star Product Manager to join our Product-led organization and build great software that users love. We are a user-facing product team and we are looking for someone who wants to help users monetize their everyday activities - not just through mobile but increasingly via web experiences as well. The product manager will report to the Director of Product and lead their cross-functional team.
In this role you will manage multiple products across mobile and web platforms. You will help define and execute our new web product strategy as an extension of our current Android product to ensure a seamless consistent and rewarding experience for users who engage cross-platform. This includes building web-based user journeys that complement and enhance our Android app and future iOS experiences.
You will report to the Director of Product and lead your own cross-functional squad.

- Youre able to expertly own the entire all parts of the product lifecycle: from discovery validation experimentation continuous delivery and measurement.
- You can work closely with UX Designers to develop solutions that are thoughtful intuitive and helpful.
- You work collaboratively with your engineering team to define detailed product epics and stories supporting delivering on objectives as measured by key results.
- You have experience in delivering high-quality responsive web experiences that scale and can lead product development across both mobile and web platforms.
- Youre comfortable working in both 0 to 1 products with a high degree of ambiguity and optimizing existing products to drive growth and scale.
- You deliver on your goals. You are responsible and accountable for your actions and decisions and you take ownership of the outcomes.
What You Bring to the Team
- 5 years of professional product management experience making critically important business and product decisions in an agile environment delivering mobile applications to end-users preferably with an earn reward focus.
- 3 years of experience owning a product discovery process from idea to validation experimentation to launch. Passionate about learning directly from users.
- Past experience in monetization digital advertising affiliate marketing in-app currencies and reward-based applications is extremely valuable.
- Experience building and scaling native Android applications
- Experience managing web-based product experiences or platforms
- Familiarity with web analytics and optimization tools (e.g Google Analytics Hotjar Mixpanel web events).
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional disciplines.
- Experience utilizing data analysis tools: Mixpanel Google Spreadsheets
- Strong use of analytics user research and business cases to drive decisions and improve products.
- Strong understanding of system design. Bonus points for familiarity with AWS Rails and data storage.
