Supply Planner Role Summary
Individual contributor role responsible for production planning MRP execution and inventory management of products manufactured at the Bethlehem site. Manages packaging materials APIs artwork tracking and finished goods while ensuring OTIF capacity planning and minimal obsolescence.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage WIP/FG inventory production schedules and dispatches.
Coordinate with regulatory procurement logistics and sales teams for smooth order execution.
Monitor SAP MRP processes maintain master data and drive automation.
Track and report KPIs support strategic decisions with MIS/SLA reports.
Manage long-lead material visibility and drive inventory process improvements.
Skills & Experience:
5 years in supply/production planning preferably in pharma.
Strong SAP (PP MM SD) and MRP knowledge; Power BI is a plus.
Strong analytical forecasting and communication skills.
Bachelors in Supply Chain/Operations; MBA preferred.
APICS certification and cGMP exposure desirable.
