Senior Sales Negotiator - Harrogate - 30000pa 33000pa OTE
A rare opportunity to join one of the most successful Estate Agencies in Harrogate as a Senior Sales Negotiator.
The Reward
- Up to 30000pa Depending on Experience
- 3000pa Bonus
- Pension
- 23 Days Leave Bank Holidays
- 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday
- One in Three Saturdays with a DayOff in Lieu
- Working for a True Market Leader alongside Friendly and Supportive Colleagues
The Role
- Working as part of an established team in a busy Estate Agency in the heart of Harrogate
- Booking viewings and valuations
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Sales progression
- Liaising between all concerned parties ensuring maximum client satisfaction
The Person
- Experience of working as an Estate Agent
- Possess good local knowledge
- Be an excellent communicator able to multi-task
- Be a proven negotiator and deal closer
