Allocation of reserves and management of payments up to the authorization limit.
Supervision and coordination of external professionals involved in claims: lawyers solicitors experts investigators.
Out-of-court settlements.
Shared Responsibilities
Personalized attention to brokers and major accounts (policyholders).
Attendance at underwriting/claims meetings.
