This role is an office based role in Resolven Neath
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing cost estimates and project budgets.
- Monitor project costs and support cost reporting.
- Participate in tendering processes and subcontractor evaluations.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and procurement.
- Support contract negotiations administration and compliance.
- Assist in preparing valuations verifying payments and managing variations.
What Were Looking For
- Degree in Quantity Surveying Construction Management or related field.
- Strong understanding of contracts procurement and cost control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant software.
- Excellent analytical communication and teamwork skills.
