Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement performance-driven digital strategies to increase website traffic and optimize user conversion.
- Plan execute and optimize biddable media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads Meta and Bing using data-informed keyword targeting and bid management.
- Manage programmatic advertising initiatives to efficiently reach defined target audiences at scale.
- Drive SEO strategy by improving site structure metadata keyword content and backlink profiles to boost organic visibility.
- Continuously optimize website performance focusing on speed mobile responsiveness and user experience to enhance lead generation and conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness and ROI.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Digital Media Communications or a related field.
- At least 56 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEO and paid media.
- Proficient in managing campaigns across Google Ads Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Bing Ads.
- Solid understanding of programmatic advertising platforms and audience targeting strategies.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Search Console) and web optimization techniques.
- Experience with CMS systems and a good eye for UX/UI and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Fluency in English and German is required.
