Job Description
We are seeking a (CT Technologist) for a 13-week travel/contract assignment in Rochester New York. Both local and traveler candidates are welcome to apply.
- Shift: 12 hour Nights; 7p-7:30a
- Days: Saturday Sunday Monday
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Weekly Pay Rate: $2448 - $2592
- Perform CT scans and imaging procedures according to established protocols.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort while maintaining high-quality imaging standards.
- Prepare and position patients for CT scans and explain procedures to alleviate anxiety.
- Operate and adjust CT equipment to obtain high-resolution images.
- Administer contrast media following NYS Injection Certification guidelines.
- Recognize and respond to emergency situations and adverse reactions to contrast.
Requirements:
- Experience: Prior CT Technologist experience required. Minimum of 1-2 years of travel experience is required
- Licensure & Certification:
- NYS License in Radiologic Technology (or NYS Permit with licensure obtained within six months).
- ARRT certification (CT) is required
- **Must be IV (injection) certified**
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
- Skills: Candidates must be proficient in performing procedures.

- Locals accepted - local pay rate will apply for candidates residing within 50 miles.
