Job Description
Location (On-site Remote or Hybrid): Waukesha WI (Onsite)
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Work Hours: 7AM - 3:30PM
Orientation Date: 9/15
Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40 hrs
Primary Location: Memorial Hospital
Shift Requirements: 5x8s or 4x10s Day Shifts
Weekend/Holidays: Weekend Call Rotation / Holidays if needed
Float Requirements: To Oconomowoc Mukwonago and other units as needed
On Call/Call Back Requirements: 1 night per week (Tuesday) and every 4th weekend; Willing to help with call coverage per unit needs
Required Certifications: ARDMS certification - RDCS or RDMS (RVT Preferred but not required) AHA BLS
Minimum Experience: 3 years
Charting Experience Required: Epic required in past 12 months
Desired Skillset: Some Vascular experience required; IV Experience preferred; Pediatric Echo experience a bonus (not required)
Unit Information (Bed size Case type Patient ratio):6-7 patients a day. Include echo stress echo patients. Inpatient 8 patients/day up to 12. Uses GE e95
