Job Description

Company: Ricoh USA
Position: Site Leader
Location: 401 Union St Suite 3300 Seattle WA 98101
Pay Rate: $23.50/hour
Contract: 3 Months (Temp-to-Hire)
Interview Type: Virtual via Microsoft Teams
Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily services such as print/copy work mail handling reception hospitality setups and light Office work.
- Track and assemble service metrics; review and update site documentation.
- Serve as the daily point of contact for client decision makers.
- Participate in monthly client reviews and leadership calls.
Requirements:
- Must have previous leadership/supervisory experience.
- Strong communication and Office 365 skills (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Backgrounds in FedEx Office hotels medical offices or high-end retail are a great fit.
- Legal office experience is a plus but not required.
Other Details:
- Dress Code: Business casual (no facial/neck tattoos or non-ear piercings).
- No driving responsibilities.
- No COVID requirements.
