Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Conduct credit assessments for mortgage loan applications across various banks including big four 2nd tier and non-bank lenders from start to finish.
- Gather client information and follow up on missing documentation.
- Evaluate full doc and low doc lending options including self-employed and trust structures.
- Utilise different banks servicing calculators to assess loan eligibility.
- Provide home loan solutions and holistic advice to clients.
- Offer alternative lending solutions when necessary.
- Utilise Mercury/ Nexus CRM.
- Submit loan applications via APPLY ONLINE.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant documents and Best Interest duty.
- Perform ad-hoc duties including data entry coordinating with the remaining team to ensure the clients application is on track and running smoothly.
Requirements
- 4 to 5 years of experience in a mortgage brokering firm.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Commerce or Finance.
- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is a plus but not essential.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
- Your ATTENTION to DETAIL must be second to none.
- Day-shift hours.
- Must have fast internet.
- Mercury/ Nexus software experience.
- Require little training - Little hand holding.
- Will work in a team-based environment.
