Overview
The Optometrist plays a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the visual health of patients within the community. This professional is responsible for examining diagnosing and treating various eye conditions as well as prescribing corrective lenses and recommending appropriate measures to improve or restore vision. Optometrists operate clinics and are often the first point of contact for patients needing eye care. Their expertise not only ensures patients receive accurate prescriptions and treatments but they also educate patients on proper eye care and preventive measures.
