Role Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through phone calls emails and social media outreach.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and demonstrate the value of our educational offerings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct product presentations and demos to showcase the benefits of our ed-tech solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies and improve sales processes.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals to potential clients.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads manage customer interactions and maintain accurate sales records.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies proactively.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to network and promote our products.
- Achieve quarterly sales targets and KPIs to contribute to overall company success.
- Provide feedback to the product development team to inform enhancements based on customer needs.
- Assist in developing sales collateral and training materials for the sales team.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify potential prospects and industry trends.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and industry developments through continuous learning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Education or a related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales preferably within the ed-tech industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles practices and customer relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
