Job Description

Job Title: Inside Sales Executive (Ed-tech)

Role Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through phone calls emails and social media outreach.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and demonstrate the value of our educational offerings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct product presentations and demos to showcase the benefits of our ed-tech solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies and improve sales processes.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals to potential clients.
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads manage customer interactions and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies proactively.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to network and promote our products.
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets and KPIs to contribute to overall company success.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team to inform enhancements based on customer needs.
  • Assist in developing sales collateral and training materials for the sales team.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential prospects and industry trends.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and industry developments through continuous learning.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Education or a related field.
  • Proven experience in inside sales preferably within the ed-tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles practices and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Understanding of educational technology trends and tools.
  • Prior experience in lead generation and closing sales is a plus.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques is preferred.
