Job Description

Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter

As a US Bench Sales Marketing role is primarily focused on placing IT consultants (who are on the company s bench) with clients and vendors. It involves networking business development and relationship management. Here are the key job duties:

1. Marketing & Sales

  • Market bench consultants (H1B GC USC OPT CPT etc. to clients vendors and implementation partners.

  • Identify and pursue direct client and vendor requirements.

  • Submit consultant profiles to job openings and follow up proactively.

  • Work with Tier 1 vendors prime vendors and direct clients for contract positions.

2. Business Development & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors recruiters and clients.

  • Develop new client/vendor relationships and expand the existing ones.

  • Negotiate contract terms rates and agreements with clients and vendors.

3. Recruitment Coordination

  • Coordinate with recruiters and consultants to understand their skills and job preferences.

  • Assist consultants in improving resumes and preparing for interviews.

  • Schedule interviews and track interview feedback.

  • Follow up on consultant submissions and ensure project onboarding.

4. Documentation & Compliance

  • Handle contract agreements Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) Master Service Agreements (MSA) etc.

  • Ensure compliance with USCIS tax terms (C2C W2 1099 and visa regulations.

  • Manage timesheets invoices and payments with vendors and clients.

5. Market Research & Networking

  • Keep track of industry trends in-demand skills and market rates.

  • Utilize LinkedIn Dice Monster Indeed and other job portals for job hunting.

  • Attend networking events career fairs and client meetings.

6. CRM & ATS Management

  • Maintain an updated database of consultants clients and vendors.

  • Use ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and CRM tools for record-keeping and tracking deals.

Working hours 0800AM CST to 0500PM CST - Monday to Friday
