Job Description

Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist (F&B Vertical)

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline for food and beverage products.
  • Identify and target potential clients within the F&B sector.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends and customer needs.
  • Engage with customers to present product offerings and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies.
  • Attend industry trade shows and networking events to promote services.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
  • Handle objections and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
  • Track sales metrics and report on performance data regularly.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective follow-up and support.
  • Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate information.
  • Coordinate with other departments to address client needs promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals consistently.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inside sales preferably in the F&B industry.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or relevant field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to close sales and achieve targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings if required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of current trends in the F&B market.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative approach.
  • Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
