Role Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and objectives.
- Create visually appealing graphics for various media including digital platforms print materials and social media.
- Develop branding materials including logos brochures and promotional items.
- Design user-friendly interfaces for websites and applications.
- Illustrate concepts using sketches and digital tools.
- Utilize feedback to make design improvements and refinements.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
- Prepare and present design proposals to stakeholders.
- Ensure all graphics adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Create templates for marketing communications such as newsletters and email campaigns.
- Optimize graphics and design assets for various formats and uses.
- Assist in the development of multimedia presentations and reports.
- Engage in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design ideas.
- Maintain organized files and archives for design projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design projects.
- Understanding of design principles color theory and typography.
- Experience with UX/UI design principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web design is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to accept constructive criticism and improve designs.
- Experience with video editing and animation software is a plus.
- Knowledge of current graphic design trends.
- Open to learning new techniques and software.
