- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in sales efforts.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to management.
- Lead negotiations with OEM partners to secure contracts.
- Develop and deliver effective sales presentations for clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product innovations to enhance sales strategies.
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies tailored for OEM products.
- Provide training and support to the sales team on OEM products and services.
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams for optimal service delivery.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups with clients.
- Identify and resolve customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and analyze sales forecasts to drive decision-making.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote OEM solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in OEM sales or related functions.
- Strong understanding of the OEM market and competitive landscape.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and sales performance.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Effective problem-solving skills and proactive approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Leadership experience is a plus.
- High degree of professional integrity and ethics.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance in the OEM sector.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
