Job Description: Site Supervisor / Project Manager

Project Management: Oversee interior design projects from concept to completion ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.

Budget & Cost Control: Develop and manage project budgets optimizing resources and minimizing costs while maintaining quality.

Scheduling: Plan and manage project timelines set milestones and ensure projects are completed on schedule.

Design : Ensure accurate implementation of design concepts and resolve any on-site issues or discrepancies.

Client Communication: Provide regular project updates to clients addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Site Supervision: Monitor site progress enforce quality control standards and ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Problem-Solving: Proactively identify potential challenges on-site and implement effective solutions to keep the project on track.

Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with designers architects contractors and other stakeholders to ensure seamless of the project.
Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Interior Design.

3 9 years of experience in designing for luxury retail or F&B spaces.
