Job Title: PRT Teacher
Hustlr Staffing Services is seeking a dedicated and passionate PRT Teacher to join our educational institution located in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment for young students helping them to achieve their academic goals while fostering their social and emotional development. The position is on-site allowing for direct interaction with students and staff members. As a PRT Teacher you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of your students through tailored learning experiences and innovative teaching methods.
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the varying abilities of students.
- Deliver lessons in an interactive and supportive manner.
- Assess student progress through regular testing and observations.
- Create a safe nurturing classroom environment.
- Encourage student participation and collaboration through group activities.
- Maintain effective discipline and classroom management.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development.
- Stay updated with current educational practices and trends.
- Organize and participate in school events and extracurricular activities.
- Collaborate with other teachers for integrated learning experiences.
- Provide individualized support to students who require additional assistance.
- Incorporate technology in lessons where applicable.
- Facilitate a love for learning by making lessons fun and relevant.
- Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills in students.
- Prepare report cards and participate in parent-teacher meetings.
- Contribute positively to the school s culture and community.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Education or relevant field.
- Certification in Early Childhood Education or Primary Education.
- Previous teaching experience preferably in a primary school.
- Strong understanding of child development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluency in English and knowledge of local languages.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and tools.
- Passion for teaching and continuous personal development.
- Knowledge of curriculum standards and assessment techniques.
- Patience and resilience in challenging situations.
- Experience with diverse classroom settings and special needs education.
