Role Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day social media activities across all platforms including Facebook Instagram Twitter and LinkedIn.
- Create high-quality engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
- Monitor social media channels respond to comments and manage community interactions.
- Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to sync campaigns and messaging across channels.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media management.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns.
- Enhance brand awareness and increase follower engagement through innovative strategies.
- Prepare reports on social media performance and suggest enhancements.
- Conduct social media training and workshops for internal teams.
- Work closely with graphic designers to produce visually appealing content.
- Manage social media crisis situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Build relationships with influencers and other key personalities within the industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in social media management.
- Proven track record of successful social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their unique features.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
