Job Title: Customer Support Intern

Location:Chennai
Duration: 4 Months (Internship-to-Hire Opportunity)

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Customer Support Intern to be a vital part of our frontline support team. As the first point of contact you will assist customers by resolving basic queries guiding them through product usage and ensuring an outstanding user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone email chat or ticketing system.

  • Log categorize and prioritize support requests effectively.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 issues such as login problems general functionality questions and usage guidance.

  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the Level 2 team or relevant departments.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions using CRM/ticketing tools.

  • Follow up on pending queries to ensure timely resolution.

  • Communicate product and service information clearly and professionally.

  • Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to improve support processes and product usability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills in English Hindi and Tamil (mandatory)

  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with standard software and tools

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred)

  • Prior experience in a customer support or call center environment is an added advantage
