Job Title: PRT Teacher

Role Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver effective lessons that comply with curriculum standards.
- Develop instructional materials and resources tailored to students needs.
- Create a positive and engaging classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Assess and evaluate student performance and progress regularly.
- Provide timely feedback to students and parents regarding academic performance.
- Implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance student learning experiences.
- Foster a respect-based classroom culture that promotes inclusivity.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support student learning initiatives.
- Conduct parent-teacher conferences to discuss student progress and areas for improvement.
- Utilize technology and digital tools to facilitate learning and engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and academic performance.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions.
- Support the school s extracurricular activities and community events.
- Manage classroom behavior in accordance with school policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development of school-wide programs to enhance student learning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Education or relevant field.
- Teaching certification or license as per state regulations.
- Strong knowledge of developmental stages and learning processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in teaching or a related educational environment.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.
- Proficient in using educational technology and tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in curriculum development and assessment design.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Passion for education and commitment to student success.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Ability to create a positive learning environment for all students.
- Willingness to participate in professional development activities.
- Background check clearance required prior to employment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
