Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full accounting cycle including AP AR payroll and GL
- Lead budgeting forecasting and financial modeling processes
- Drive automation of financial workflows (AP automation in progress)
- Strengthen internal controls and update financial policies and procedures
- Build and present clear financial reports for the Board of Directors
- Support long-term capital planning and pension compliance
- Manage and mentor a team of 1011 including two direct reports
Requirements:
- CPA designation
- Expertise in ASPE (Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises)
- Proven leadership of direct indirect teams in a finance environment
- Experience with budgeting forecasting and year-end close
- Passion for process improvement automation and internal controls
- Bonus: SQL or financial automation tools
