Job Description
This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
Develop scalable high-performance applications using best practices.
Work with Flask/FastAPI and NoSQL databases (MongoDB/MongoDB Atlas).
Design and maintain microservice-based architectures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project delivery.
Lead code reviews testing documentation and CI/CD efforts.
Mentor backend engineers and uphold code quality.
Follow Agile development practices.
Requirements
4 years in full software development lifecycle
4 years with Python and frameworks like Flask/FastAPI
Experience with MongoDB (especially MongoDB Atlas) and PyMongo
Exposure to microservices architecture
Nice to Have:
Experience with Kubernetes GCP/AWS Cloud Run S3
Strong system design and debugging skills
Product-centric mindset and collaborative approach
Leadership in design or architecture efforts
