Job Description
This is a remote position.
Looking for a skilled Back-End Developer to build and maintain scalable secure systems powering a conversational AI platform in the healthcare domain.
Requirements
- Design and develop scalable APIs and microservices for conversational AI workflows.
- Optimize backend performance scalability and reliability.
- Integrate securely with healthcare systems ensuring compliance (HIPAA FHIR).
- Deploy and manage NLP/AI models in production.
- Design database schemas and manage structured/unstructured healthcare data.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot complex issues to minimize downtime.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical excellence.
- Explore and adopt emerging backend technologies.
