Maintain employee records attendance logs and shift schedules in coordination with HR and production departments.
Handle documentation filing and communication (emails letters memos).
Coordinate meetings prepare minutes and follow up on action points.
Manage vendor coordination purchase of office supplies and expense tracking.
Assist in facility management ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Support production teams with logistics data entry and record keeping.
Maintain inventory and coordinate with the purchase and store departments for procurement.
Monitor office equipment IT coordination and basic troubleshooting.
Liaise with government departments or statutory bodies for renewals compliance and audits as needed.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Proven experience as an Administrative Executive or in a similar role preferably in manufacturing or industrial setup.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of basic compliance and statutory documentation (preferred).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
