Procurement Officer
Location: Aluva Ernakulam
Salary: 7LPA - 8LPA (Based on experience and previous package)
Experience: Minimum 7 Years in Procurement Field
Qualification: BTech (Civil)
Language Requirement: English and Hindi
Requirements
- Graduation/Post-Graduation in a relevant field (Supply Chain Business Engineering)
- Minimum 7 years of relevant procurement experience
- Strong understanding of procurement operations vendor management and budget control
- Proficiency in procurement/ERP software is a plus
- Excellent communication negotiation and organizational skills

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand material and equipment requirements
- Prepare and maintain purchase orders contracts delivery schedules and procurement records
- Coordinate with the legal team to ensure compliance with contractual and legal standards
- Work with finance for timely vendor and supplier payments
- Identify procurement risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies
- Manage inventory to prevent shortages or overstock situations at the site
- Ensure adherence to legal regulatory and company procurement policies
- Maintain records for audits and internal reviews
- Provide regular procurement reports to the Project Head
