Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Design develop and expand a suite of data integrations using external APIs customer feedback and cybersecurity standards.
- Identify opportunities to create reusable components and improve data collection efficiency.
- Build and maintain scalable fault-tolerant cloud services that align with business and platform objectives.
- Manage internal and external communications related to integration development updates and roadmaps.
- Develop and maintain data integration APIs for internal systems and external client use.
- Participate in on-call rotations support incident response and contribute to observability and reliability improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product engineering and customer success teams to ensure timely and impactful delivery.
Requirements
- Proficiency with React TypeScript Golang and cloud services such as AWS (ECS RDS S3 DynamoDB).
- Experience with infrastructure tools such as Docker GitHub Terraform GitHub Actions ArgoCD.
- Familiarity with observability tools like New Relic and OpenTelemetry (OTEL).
- Proven experience designing and scaling data integrations APIs and distributed systems in an enterprise or startup environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative proactive mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced evolving environment and address complex customer requirements effectively.
- Passion for cybersecurity and a continuous learning approach toward emerging technologies and best practices.
