Maintain accurate inventory records in the system and perform regular stock audits.
Issue materials to production as per requisition and track material usage.
Ensure proper labeling storage and handling of items to avoid damage or loss.
Coordinate with purchase production and quality teams for stock requirements.
Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests in a timely manner.
Keep the store clean organized and compliant with safety and housekeeping standards.
Maintain records of receipts issues returns and stock adjustments.
Prepare daily weekly and monthly stock and consumption reports.
Assist in physical inventory verification and annual stock audits.
Graduate or Diploma in Inventory/Store Management Logistics or relevant field.
2 5 years of experience in store keeping in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
Knowledge of inventory software (e.g. Tally ERP SAP).
Good understanding of FIFO LIFO and other inventory management techniques.
Strong organizational communication and basic computer skills.
Ability to lift and move materials as required (within safe limits).
